(Interview with Mario and Ana)
Mario was 30 when he met his wife Ana, who was 23 at the time, and he characterized their first meeting as extraordinary, saying that all it took was a stare and some confidence. Mario had already gone through some failed relationships and knew that this one had to be different.
He approached her and admired her outfit.
“I laughed, but it was cute,” Ana said, “and that was the start of a fantastic night and a lovely relationship.”
“So, what’s the secret?” I inquired.

“Simple, comprehension, and communication,” Ana said, standing up and saying, “I’ll be back!”
I asked Mario the same thing because he had stayed.
He stated his case.
“There is no such thing as a secret.”
I’ve had feelings for this woman since the first time I saw her.
Since the beginning of our relationship, all I’ve wanted to do is make her happy, even if I was exhausted or in a bad mood; seeing her smile was my fuel; we laughed a lot, and we were always trying new things.
There were ups and downs in our relationship.
But anything she needed or had a problem with, I made sure I went out of my way to fix it; she never had to tell me more than twice.
I’d had a few horrible encounters before, and I knew I couldn’t mess up with her.
I had to persuade her to let me help since she is highly independent, but at the end of the day, we are a team, and I believe we are still in sync, connected in some way; I can sense what she is feeling, and I made sure she was pleased even though she didn’t ask for anything.
So, while there is no secret, I can agree with her on the need for comprehension and communication.
It makes no difference how old you are or where you come from.
True love is more than just liking someone; it is trying your hardest every day to make that person happy and offer her some peace of mind.”
He stood up and stated.
“Thank you; I’ll go buy her favorite beverage.”
And then he was gone.
True love exists, and it may last if we truly desire it.
We take our relationships for granted at times, but all I have to say is that “behind every lovely beautiful lady in the world, there is someone who is wary of being with her” and who is eager to do a better job!
So please don’t lose the one you think is worth fighting for, instead of fighting to make her smile every day.
Best of luck
