Ingredients:

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the powdered gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
- After 5 minutes, whisk the gelatin mixture into the cream mixture until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into 4-6 ramekins or glasses and let them cool to room temperature.
- Cover the ramekins or glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the Panna Cotta is set.
- Once set, remove the Panna Cotta from the refrigerator and run a knife around the edges of each ramekin or glass to loosen the Panna Cotta.
- Invert the Panna Cotta onto a plate or serving dish, garnish with fresh berries or fruit, and serve cold.
Enjoy your delicious Panna Cotta!
