Ingredients:

- 1 French baguette, sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the bread slices for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and extra-virgin olive oil. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the baguette slices are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto the baguette slices, spreading it evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Bruschetta!
Note: You can also sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese or balsamic vinegar on top for added flavor.
